Orders
We need personal data for handling orders for delivery and customer communications regarding such orders (e.g. order verifications, production and delivery tracking information). Furthermore, the data will be used for invoicing and debt collection, for handling possible complaints and contacting you in case of any problems concerning your order. Regarding payment data, we store only the method of payment and the price in case of returns. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
Customer account
If you have created a customer account on our website, we will use your personal data to administer the account in order for you to be able to see your purchase history, create wish lists and save your shopping cart. Address details are also stored for later orders. They can be amended or deleted by the customer or Vermét.
Offering and marketing products
We may handle personal and shopping cart details and purchase histories for profiling the customer and to target campaigns and offers that you are interested in, or provide information that you might be interested in according to the given consent. Personal details are also handled to send newsletters, or when a person participates in a competition, survey or other marketing activities.
